Measure Tips:

1. All dress measurement should be taken in Centimeters.

2. Wear your wedding shoes (or shoes of the same height) when taking measurements.

3. The measurement should be the exact Body sizes with wedding underwear only, our experience tailors will add proper space in your exact body.

4. Make sure measuring tape are tight when taking measurements.

5. Measurement should not be taken by yourself, if need to, get a family member or friend to help you with this process.

Purchasing Notices:

1. The order is only for one piece of dress, it won`t come along with any accessories such as hat, gloves, veil ect.

2. Dresses start to make once the size and the payment clear, and our tailor will make the dress all based on your demands ( size, color and other requests) so we strongly suggest an accurate measurement before you order.

3. We will check all of our products before shipping, if the dress is not in good quality, we will return it to factory to make another one for you. Since all the dresses are custom-made, if there is no quality problem, we refuse return. If you have any problems with the dresses, please contact us at the first time, we promise to offer a proper solution.

4.It will take 7-15 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 7-9 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (DHL, EMS,TNT) standard.
